We appointed Waterman Property Management to manage our recently purchased investment property. As we are currently located overseas, we were slightly anxious about the process. However, we feel completely at ease now. Kelly and Bianca have been very responsive and informative in all communications. There was a clear plan in place to advertise the property, screen and then shortlist prospective tenants. The whole process was very efficient and within a week of settlement our property was generating a rental income stream. We decided to appoint Waterman Property Management after a positive experience with Matt from Waterman Property Advocates. Matt was very responsive, knowledgeable and patient. By appointing Matt, we managed to secure a suitable property well within budget. Given the tight Adelaide market we couldn't have done this ourselves while overseas. Exceptional Knowledge and Advice

We have used two of Waterman’s services, Property Advocates and Property Management, and we have been very happy with both.

Our property advocate, Matt, did a great job in helping us to find our investment property within a month of engaging him. This was after we spent over two years searching and being very frustrated with continually missing out. He vetted properties so we didn’t have to waste our weekends going to multiple house opens and organised building inspections for us. Matt then expertly bid on our behalf at our successful auction which took a lot of stress out of the process.

After we bought our property, Kelly and Bianca at Waterman Property Management worked diligently with us around our busy schedule to secure a great tenant. They patiently explained to us everything that we need to know as new landlords and have been doing a wonderful job of managing our property for us.
